Amir Glenn is a Digital Strategist who joined the CT Men’s Conference planning committee and advanced into operational support for the event. He manages the IT systems for the conference, built the official event website, and supported the digital marketing initiatives to strengthen visibility and community engagement. Amir is also the Co-Founder of Wealth Beacon Group Foundation, where he helps families move from housing instability to long-term empowerment. He believes that access to stability, knowledge, and opportunity creates generational transformation in communities.

Earl Bloodworth is a nonprofit executive, public policy advocate, and nationally recognized leader in reentry, violence prevention, and public safety reform. As Executive Director of the Connecticut Against Gun Violence Education Fund (501(c)(3)) and Connecticut Against Gun Violence (501(c)(4)), he leads statewide efforts to reduce firearm injury and death through policy advocacy, public education, community engagement, and strategic partnerships.

During his first year leading the organizations, Earl helped secure passage of Connecticut’s Firearm Industry Responsibility Act, preserve $3.9 million in state funding for violence prevention initiatives, and advance community centered public safety strategies across Connecticut, including the development of municipal violence prevention blueprints.

Previously, Earl served as Director of the Mayor’s Initiative for Reentry Affairs for the City of Bridgeport, where he managed nearly $7 million in public and philanthropic investments and built cross sector partnerships to expand housing, employment, education, and civic engagement opportunities for formerly incarcerated individuals. His advocacy contributed to landmark reforms, including Connecticut’s Clean Slate Act and the restoration of voting rights for individuals on parole.

Earl currently serves as Chair of the Governor’s Workforce Council Reentry DEIA Committee and previously served as Mentor in Residence with the Center for Prison Education at Wesleyan University. He has also served on numerous nonprofit and civic boards and is the District Chair for Social Action and Voter Engagement for Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

A sought after speaker and thought leader, Earl regularly addresses audiences on the intersections of public safety, economic mobility, racial equity, reentry, and public health approaches to violence prevention. Through his leadership, advocacy, and community engagement, he continues to drive meaningful change and advance solutions that promote safer, stronger, and more equitable communities.

Leviticus Glover is the creative mind behind much of CTMC’s digital presence and visual storytelling. Through original AI-assisted content, cinematic branding, and impactful social media campaigns, he helps inspire, uplift, and challenge men to grow in character, leadership, discipline, and purpose. His work highlights brotherhood, celebrates the accomplishments of CTMC members, and expands the organization’s reach by creating engaging, shareable content that resonates both online and in the community.

Mario Immanuel is a strategic thinker, mentor, and community leader committed to strengthening men through intentional conversation and personal development. As the owner of Brave Warrior LLC, he creates spaces that empower men to heal, grow, and lead with purpose. He brings a unique blend of insight, connection, and a warm, engaging presence that fosters trust and meaningful dialogue.

Rooted in his philosophy, “A Strong Mind Builds a Strong Body and Anchors a Strong Spirit,” Mario equips men and youth through mentorship, his STRONG framework, and his 90 Day Goal Planner. Mario is also an Army Veteran, a member of the National Alliance of Black School Educators, a brother of Lambda Sigma Upsilon Latino Fraternity, Incorporated, and has been federally recognized as a community leader in the city New London. He serves on the Connecticut Men’s Conference planning committee as a voice for strategic impact, and authentic brotherhood.
