Community Outreach and Volunteer Support
Erika Bogan is a retired New Haven firefighter EMT who served the community for 27 years and was honored as the Grand Marshal of the Freddy Fixer Parade in 2013 for her service. She now owns her own small business and works as a transportation specialist for a nationwide organ donor organization. Erika supports the CT Men's Conference with community outreach, volunteer support, and hands-on assistance wherever needed.

Digital Operations and IT Support Lead
Amir Glenn is a Digital Strategist who joined the CT Men’s Conference planning committee and advanced into operational support for the event. He manages the IT systems for the conference, built the official event website, and supported the digital marketing initiatives to strengthen visibility and community engagement. Amir is also the Co-Founder of Wealth Beacon Group Foundation, where he helps families move from housing instability to long-term empowerment. He believes that access to stability, knowledge, and opportunity creates generational transformation in communities.

Operations and Program Advisor
Tracey Joseph is a Global HR and Compliance Strategist serving as the Strategic Operations and Program Advisor for the inaugural CT Men’s Conference. She assisted with the facilitation of the event framework and brand identity, and oversaw execution of conference logistics. Tracey assisted Malcolm with operational direction for the CT Men’s Conference team, ensuring that every detail of the community vision was aligned, coordinated, and executed with precision. With nearly two decades of Human Resources and Compliance expertise, Tracey specializes in strengthening systems, operational infrastructure, and organizational execution. She believes that when men are supported with knowledge, strategy, and community, families grow stronger and communities rise.
