Malik Champlain
Malik Champlain is a builder of men.
He is an author, entrepreneur, fatherhood strategist, and the creator of the LeadHerShip movement—challenging men to lead with strength, love, emotional maturity, and faith. Whether he’s speaking in a school, prison, boardroom, or pulpit, Malik’s message is the same: strong men build strong homes, strong homes build strong communities.
Malik’s work spans the state of Connecticut and beyond. As an educational consultant with the Connecticut State Education Resource Center (SERC), he helps schools transform culture through racial equity, social-emotional learning, and father engagement. His initiatives have reached thousands of families, including Dad Reads To Me, a literacy movement awakening fathers to the power of reading, bonding, and being present.
He is the author of the upcoming book LeadHerShip: A Call for Men to Lead, Love, and Live with Purpose, a blueprint for men ready to show up differently in their marriages, fatherhood, and legacy.
A proud husband and father of three, Malik believes leadership starts at home. His mission is simple: build men who don’t run from responsibility, but run toward it.
