Chanelle Goldson is a dynamic force in the real estate industry with 10 years of experience as an investor, agent, and emerging developer. An Army Veteran and Fair Rent Commissioner for the Town of Hamden, she is the Co Founder and CEO of Goldson Investment Group, a real estate investment company dedicated to expanding safe, quality, and affordable housing throughout New Haven County. As a REALTOR® licensed with Keller Williams Legacy Partners, she uses her business expertise and community insight to help individuals build generational wealth through real estate.
Chanelle has earned recognition as Keller Williams 2024 Rookie of the Year, Real Producers Magazine Rising Star, and a top producing agent. She actively teaches first time homebuyers and new investors how to begin their real estate journey, believing that access to knowledge is key to community empowerment.
In addition to her work in real estate, Chanelle is a published author of Rise Above Queen: 100 Affirmations Designed to Uplift Black Women Navigating Challenging Work Environments and the creator of the Mind and Matters Financial Planner. She is also a wife and mother of two, and holds a degree in Health Science from Kaplan University with a certificate in Ministry and Theology from Princeton Theological Seminary.
