KimBianca Burgess currently serves as Board Chair of Seaview Community Development Corporation in Bridgeport, Connecticut, with more than 20 years of board experience and community leadership.

As the CEO of VCL Consulting Group, Inc., she develops and delivers training programs such as SEAT, focused on performance improvement for residents in underserved Black and Latino communities, as well as organizations committed to strengthening impact in those communities.

​

She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Human Services with a specialization in Leadership and Program Evaluation. She also holds a Master’s degree in Education with a specialization in Training and Performance Improvement.
