As a former executive at a Fortune 300 company, she managed billions of dollars, introduced cutting-edge financial systems, and earned prestigious accolades such as the Alexander Hamilton Award for Treasury Technology, TMI Treasury of the Year Award, and FIS Impact Award. Her innovative approach to treasury optimization has positioned her as an authority in the field, helping businesses streamline operations, make smarter financial decisions, and thrive in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Catherine is deeply committed to community and financial literacy, particularly within the Black community. Raised by her grandparents and overcoming challenges such as her parents' struggles with substance abuse, a brain injury, and bankruptcy, Catherine’s life is a testament to resilience and purpose. A pivotal moment came before the age of 34 when she underwent heart surgery and asked God, “Have I done enough on this earth? If not, allow me to make an impact.” This experience sparked her passion for service, leading her to co-found Kingdom Treasures with her husband, Reginald Alston Jr. Kingdom Treasures promotes love, family, and financial empowerment, offering practical financial guidance and heartfelt mentorship. Through their Royal Queendom coaching group, they help individuals build generational wealth and live boldly in their Kingdom. Catherine’s commitment to creating a legacy of empowerment has earned her numerous awards, including the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award and recognition as one of 100 Women of Color.
